* Six band aids
* Two 2-inch compresses
* Four 4-inch compresses
* Four triangular bandages
* One roll 2-inch gauze|
* One roll on 1-inch gauze
* One roll of adhesive tape
* Small plastic container with Alcohol
* Advil or other pain killer.

Never remove a helmet from an injured rider unless necessary.
Severe injury could result if done improperly
